Bonded and Insured:

As a certified home care agency in the State of California, we meet a range of requirements, including pre-employment, background screening, and workers compensation insurance. All of our in-home caregivers are licensed and carefully chosen from many applicants. Rest assured, they are well qualified, highly trained, and supervised by a trustworthy and authorized company. Caregivers are insured and bonded for your protection. If a caregiver becomes injured while working in your home, they are covered by our insurance. If they break something of yours, our company will compensate or repay up to the value of the damaged item. Our criminal bonding insurance covers employee theft and dishonesty (which, to date, has never happened). The insurance protects our clients in the unlikely event of an issue.

Our agency has liability insurance policies to protect you from lawsuit by one of our caregivers. Liability insurance coverage includes general, professional, non-owned auto, and sexual and physical misconduct. Our Workers Compensation Insurance protects you from being liable for any medical costs in the event our caregiver gets injured while working in your home.We are happy to provide you with proof of insurances anytime you request it or during your free in-home consultation.
