Quality Assurance Screening Process:

To ensure our families with quality service, we maintain the maximum standards for our employees. We cautiously screen our caregivers through a strict screening process that includes:

  • Step 1: Phone Screen to Determine the Caregivers qualifications and experience
  • Step 2: Pre-Employment Interview to Verify the Caregivers skillset, character, and schedule
  • Step 3: Interview with Account Manager Regarding the Caregivers overall qualifications

Initial Requirements to work with Caregiving for You, Inc.:

Caregivers Must Present These Verifications:

  • One Year Minimum of Professional Caregiving Experience
  • Professional minimum of three professional caregiving reference
  • Driver’s License or State Identification Card
  • Social Security Verification
  • Nationwide Criminal Background Check
  • Department of Motor Vehicle Record Check

Exams/Tests/Certifications:

  • Physical Examination with Medical Clearance
  • Tuberculosis Test or Chest X-Ray
  • CPR Certification
  • Caregiver Competency Screening Examination
  • OSHA & HIPPA Examination
  • Personality Assessment
  • Caregiver Orientation
  • Orientation Exam on Policies and Procedures
